Breakfast


Breakfast is included within room prices and is available:


Monday to Friday: 07.30 – 09.00

Saturday & Sunday 08.30 – 10.00


Cancellation Policies


Reservations must be cancelled by 1pm two days (48 hours) prior to arrival unless otherwise specified when booking. A one night’s room charge will be levied for guests who do not cancel their reservation within the hotel’s cancellation policy.


Group bookings and peak period bookings may be subject to additional cancellation restrictions which will be stated during the booking process.


Children / Pet Policies


We are happy to welcome children to Harestock Lodge Hotel on condition that they are kept under adult supervision at all times.


We are unable to accommodate pets but can provide details of local kennels & catteries on request.


Check in / Check Out Times


Check in time is from 2pm. Check out time is 11am. We will make every effort to accommodate early arrivals however this is not guaranteed and recommend that you contact us beforehand to avoid disappointment. Late Check-Out requests will be handled on an individual basis and will depend on room availability. Depending on circumstance an extension charge may be applicable. Guests must be at least 18 years old to check into the hotel.


Deposits & Guarantees


There is no deposit necessary to make a reservation, however a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the room. Group bookings and special event periods may require an actual deposit depending at the time of booking and this will be advised during the booking process.


A valid credit card is required at check-in. In addition to room charges an additional GBP 50 per night will be held on your credit card to guarantee any incidental charges.


We accept all major credit cards, but impose a surcharge of 3.5% on American Express usage because of merchant charges.


Disclaimers


Valuables/Car Park
Harestock Lodge Hotel bears no responsibility for valuables left by guests either within their rooms or in the hotel's safe or store room. Management will not be liable for any theft or damage to Guests' cars whilst parked in the Hotel car park. Vehicles and the contents therein are left at their owners' risk.


Web-site
The Harestock Lodge Hotel shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, and in particular shall not be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost profits, loss of revenue, or loss of use, arising out of or related to the Harestock Lodge Hotel web-site or the information contained in it, whether such damages arise in contract, negligence, tort, under statute, in equity, at law or otherwise.


Environmental Policies


At Harestock Lodge we constantly challenge ourselves to provide a good environment for guests and employees. As such:

  • smoking is completely prohibited within the hotel building. A surcharge levy will be raised in respect of any Guest who is found to have smoked in a room in order to cover cleaning costs
  • any unsociable behaviour will not be tolerated. Guests may be asked to leave at management's discretion with applicable charges fully payable

We are committed to minimizing the impact of our operations on the environment through:

  • compliance with, or exceeding, all environmental laws and regulations
  • promoting environmental awareness
  • training our employees to incorporate good environmental practice in all aspects of their operations

We further prompt guests and suppliers to participate for the protection of the environment. Guests have the opportunity to make their own decisions in certain areas (eg replacement of towels etc).


Luggage Storage


We will be happy to store your belongings on the day of your departure.


Smoking Policy


Smoking is completely prohibited within the hotel building. A surcharge levy of GBP 50 will be raised in respect of any Guest who is found to have smoked in a room in order to cover cleaning costs.
